Meet the inspirational authors of the new book I Am Intelligent--A Mother and Daughter's Journey through Autism, which tells the story of a local woman, diagnosed as mentally retarded, who found her voice at age 22 and went on to graduate valedictorian from college. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Autism Society of San Diego.
