As downtown neighborhoods begin to take on a seasonal look for the holidays, so should the fashion-conscious who want to make a proper impression at this season’s big events. Whether it be a work party, a holiday dinner or a big New Year’s Eve night out, no one wants to be left in the cold when it comes to personal appearance in the city.
