Roppongi, located at 875 Prospect St., offers a sizzling way for guests to get their dinner or lunch started.

The restaurant and sushi bar offers a “hot rock,” that comes with cook-it-yourself New York steak. Just place the strips of rare steak on the rock, and your server will tell you how long to cook the steak on each side for medium rare, medium and well done.

The steak is marinated in chili ponzu and served with a flavorful house-made sesame goma sauce (pictured).
