Just as the weather begins to cool down, Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar is bringing the heat to La Jolla with its new “Fireside Thursdays.” The weekly event will feature libations from a different liquor vendor each week to offer guests a taste of four different specialty cocktails from 7 to 9 p.m. To supplement the tasty concoctions, Roppongi will also offer a “Lounge Bites” menu, complete with small appetizer plates starting at just $4. DJ Demon will also be on hand to spin some tunes, entertaining guests as they gather around Roppongi’s signature fire pit over fine food, thirst-quenching drinks and great company.
