MUST HEAR

The name Jimmy Lewis may not be quite a household name, but as frontman of local rock heroes Superunloader, he’s established himself as one of this town’s premier rockers. On his off hours, Lewis can be found playing in acoustic mode, such as his upcoming gigs at the Prospect Bar on March 30 (3:15 p.m.) and March 31 (4 p.m.). Blessed with a wonderfully passionate voice, Lewis plays an eclectic mix of covers, ranging from Led Zeppelin’s “Rain Song” to Elton John’s “Mona Lisa’s and Mad Hatters.” Anyone looking for a great soundtrack to help wind down a weekend afternoon need look no further.
