In the movie, Amanda Waller, aka "The Wall," is the director of A.R.G.U.S. (Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans). She created the Suicide Squad, a team of incarcerated super-villains who perform black ops missions with a low chance of survival in exchange for the possibility of a shortened sentence. Rated PG-13.
