Verizon store in Pacific Beach robbed

Two black male suspects walked into the Verizon store at 1680 Garnet Ave. where there were three employees about 4 p.m. on Oct. 18. Suspect one pointed a gun at the employees and told them to go into the back office. He walked them to the back and one of the employees opened the safe. Suspect two took unknown items from the safe while suspect one continued to point the gun at the employees keeping them in the office.

Both suspects left out the front door and were last seen walking eastbound 1600 Garnet Avenue. Suspect one was described as a dark Hispanic or light skinned black male, 5 feet 8-inches to 6 feet tall, 170 pounds. He was wearing a grey hoodie black pants, black and white shoes and a black backpack.

Suspect two was described as a dark Hispanic or light skinned black male, 5 feet 8-inches to 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with a goatee. He was wearing a green hoodie, dark grey pants, white shoes and was carrying a grey or green gym bag.

San Diego Police Robbery Detectives are investigating. Anyone with information related to the incident is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
