“I have been a devoted community member for decades and now I’m ready, with the full support of my family, to get things done for my neighbors at City Hall,” said LaCava. “I am ready to be the next Council member for District 1.”
Running on the slogan “Real experience, real results,” La Cava said his grassroots campaign would focus on “improving services people really expect from the city and cutting through the bureaucracy, helping them get the answers they need.”
“We can be smarter, and more candid about how we go about dealing with them and really show some leadership,” said LaCava about handling citywide issues like homelessness and housing affordability.
The candidate touted his broad support including early endorsements from former County Supervisor Pam Slater-Price and Nancy Warwick of Warwick’s Bookstore.
“All the support comes from my track record of getting things done,” he said. I am ready on day one to deliver top-notch neighborhood services, improve public safety and protect the quality of life for all residents in America’s Finest City.”
