JACC hosts Red Carpet Business Mixer

The Jewish American Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Red Carpet Business Mixer on Aug. 23 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Witherby's, a newly renovated, 19th-century building on the corner of 6th and Market in the Gaslamp.

Attendees to this social event should wear all-white or white-accented clothing to highlight what event planner James Brennan calls a throwback to the "swank" of past years.

Board members of the JACC and selected guests will present a bouquet of red roses to the guest to win the "Most Creative Use of White" contest for his or her unique attire.

The JACC is a social- and business-networking organization comprising California's Jewish community members.

All members of the JACC and the La Jolla community are invited to attend.

Tickets are $20 per person.

For more information and to register for the event, visit www.jewish-socal.com.
