The four versions include:
"¢ A year-round full alcohol ban on all beaches, coastal rights-of-way and coastal parks,
"¢ A ban on all beaches, coastal rights-of-way and coastal parks on Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day holiday periods,
"¢ A year-round ban at all La Jolla beaches, coastal rights-of-way and coastal parks,
"¢ A year-round ban on all beaches and coastal rights-of-way in Council Districts 1 and 2, which include La Jolla Shores, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach.
