Campland on the Bay helps evacuees

When Lori Hoag heard that her sister-in-law, Terry Bock, was preparing to evacuate her home on Highway 76 last Sunday and that she needed a safe place to bring her horses, Lori received permission from her employer, Campland on the Bay, for Terry and her horses to stay at the campground.

The staff at Campland helped her set up a temporary pen for the displaced animals.

Terry said, "I can't believe how nice everyone at Campland has been. What a relief it is to know that my horses are safe and calm."

Lori and the Bock family want to say, "Thank you, Campland."
