Volunteers will meet at the lifeguard tower at the foot of Grand Avenue at 8:50 a.m. I Love a Clean San Diego (ILACSD) will start the cleanup with a presentation about the importance of keeping the beach, waterways and gutters clean.
Gloves, trash bags and water will be provided.
The PBTC adopted the stretch of beach between Crystal Pier and Pacific Beach Drive and has regularly scheduled beach cleanups on the first Saturday of each month.
