Poll workers and voters stand in the rain outside the Ocean Beach Womens Club on Bacon Street on Tuesday. Some determined OB residents endured long lines and pouring rain as they waited to vote. The rain fell early in San Diego but failed to dampen countywide voter turnout, which was estimated to be 65 percent and climbing.
